**What You'll Do**:
- Manage talent acquisition process, to include: posting job openings in applicant tracking system (ATS), screening resumes, conducting phone screens and interviews, and assisting with the negotiation of employment offers
- Provide guidance to project site management regarding policy adherence, employee coaching, development opportunities and other day-to-day issues
- Facilitate hourly and salary employee onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring adherence to Mexico laws and regulations
- Partner with corporate human resources and payroll team on employee initiatives, upcoming law and regulation changes, benefits programs, talent acquisition processes, payroll processing, etc.
- Facilitate pre-employment processes, to include: initiating and tracking background checks, pre-employment screenings and other local or jobsite requirements
- Identify any retention risks and collaborate with project site management to develop initiatives to retain talent and improve the employee experience
- Maintain and update HRIS as needed (i.e.
supervisor relationships, employee changes, onboarding/offboarding)
- Collaborate with corporate human resources team to facilitate employee relations process
- Facilitate employee initiatives, to include: employee relocations, performance management process, internship program, etc.
- Collaborate with learning and development team to ensure adequate programs are administered
- Maintain accurate employee personnel records and files
- Perform other duties as assigned
**What We're Looking For**:
- ** Education**: A business-related bachelor's degree is required, an emphasis in human resources preferred.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- **Experience**: A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in a human resources role is required, including two years in a construction-related industry.
Working knowledge of Mexico labor and employment laws required.
