.TE Connectivity's HR Solutions Partners provide consultative geographically-based HR professional services, guidance and coaching to managers and employees, ensuring alignment with corporate policies, goals, and objectives. They coach managers or employees to ensure that recurring HR processes, such as talent/performance management or salary review processes, are completed appropriately and on time. The HR Solutions Partner manages a variety of Human Resources activities including employment and employee relations, recruiting, termination and data analysis/metrics. They conduct employee orientations and implement organizational development, workforce or succession planning, training, or performance management strategies as developed by the parent organization.**Responsibilities**:1.
