Human Resources ManagerEssential Functions:HR Policies and Compliance: Develop, maintain, and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal and state laws, industry regulations, and best practices.
Regularly review policies to ensure alignment with organizational goals and legal requirements.Regulatory Compliance: Identify and monitor legal requirements related to HR functions, including federal and state laws, and ensure that all necessary reports and documentation are submitted in a timely manner.Employee Relations: Advise and counsel department managers on HR matters such as company policies, employee relations, compensation, and conflict resolution.

Foster collaboration and teamwork across HR functions.Payroll and HR Administration: Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Manage HR contracts, benefits administration, and labor relations, including union negotiations and agreements.HR Systems and Technology: Ensure HR information systems are up to date and fully functional.
Leverage HR software and data analytics to support HR decision-making and process improvements.Labor Relations: Manage relationships with unions and represent the organization during union negotiations.
Ensure compliance with labor agreements and resolve labor disputes as needed.Performance Management: Design and execute performance management systems, including employee evaluations, feedback processes, and coaching programs to drive employee development and organizational effectiveness.Talent Management and Expatriate Support: Oversee talent management initiatives, including the onboarding process, talent retention strategies, and support for foreign employees and expatriates.Collaboration and Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HR issues and contribute to organizational development strategies.Experience and Requirements:Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.At least 8 years of progressive experience in human resources, with a strong background in employee relations, labor law, compensation, transportation, and benefits.
Previous experience in union negotiations.Previous experience in companies with over 350 blue collar positions.Strong knowledge of Mexican Labor Law, IMSS, ISR Law, STPS, and related regulatory requirements.Expertise in organizational development, labor relations, and HR management practices, screening, interviewing and hiring processes.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in both Spanish and English.Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and solve complex HR challenges.
