Human Resources Manager

Provide the organization with the objectives, policies, programs, and procedures to ensure that the organizational culture is aligned to the company's objectives: Serve our customer, Grow the Enterprise, Operate with Discipline, Develop our people.
Provides tools, resources, feedback, direction, and motivation to staff to achieve the goals and results expected by the organization.
Ensures the organization has the culture and talent to meet the needs of operation.
Design and administration of salary and compensation programs, and staff services.
Directs Recruitment, Selection, and Recruitment Policies.
Design and manage motivational and incentive programs.
Direct programs, processes, and policies of Labor Administration to comply with LFT, LSS, and Mexican Migratory Law.
Represents the company legally.
Attend meetings with Plan Manager and Corporate.
Meet internal and corporate control requirements.
Meet ISO 9001 standard.
BU and corporate reports.
Collective Labor Contract negotiations with Union.
Conduct interviews and hiring staff.
Direct and design workplace and customer satisfaction surveys.
Participate in the company's internal and external events.
