Supervise activities to develop the skills, knowledge and competencies of personnel, through the appropriate selection of instructors and courses based on the detection of training needs, to improve the performance and productivity of personnel.3.. Review that the table of skills of unionized personnel is prepared and kept updated, considering their knowledge, skills and experience to place them in the category that corresponds to them.4.. Supervise, together with the company's leaders, the detection of staff training needs, comparing the competencies of the staff against the profiles of each position in order to develop the areas of opportunity detected.5.. Keep track of the expiration of employees' individual employment contracts, reviewing their start and end dates for their timely renewal or termination of the employment relationship.7.. Participate in the preparation of the annual training program, monitor its compliance and registration with the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare in order to comply with the corresponding legal aspects.8..
