If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Human Resources Manager located in Guadalajara, North Campus.Reporting to the Human Resources Manager Sr, the Human Resources Manager role will be in charge of developing policy, and directing and coordinating human resources activities, such as employment, compensation, employee relations, benefits, training, and employee services.What a typical day looks like:The HR Manager oversees building a solid operational management system, including the establishment of operation service standards, service quality monitoring, efficiency monitoring, employee and customer satisfaction, escalation processes, knowledge retention plans, and other management mechanisms to ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of service execution and delivery.Builds HR process management system, sorts out GBS HR core business processes, and establishes a unified service process and operation specification.Continuous update and optimization of SOP and SLA and monitor the process execution under operational metrics adhered to the standard operating procedures, in compliance with the Service Level Acceptance.Provides effective tools and methods for new process transfer, standardization, and services integration into GBS HR, seeking an integrated transformation.Coordinate with HRBP and COE to ensure delivery of additional HR resources, such as Organization Development, Talent Management, and Compensation to diagnose, develop, and deliver timely, comprehensive, and relevant solutions to the business. As well as research, and audit the cases received through our different contact channels to keep our KPIs in compliance with our established goals.Strong Stakeholder Management suggests and researches alternative HR solutions in the daily operations of the team members who solve cases and review escalations when required.Participates with HRBPs and COEs in frequent programs such as Annual Reflection, Goal Setting, Profit Divided, Open Enrollment, and other events when requested.Continuous Improvement of HR Processes drives Lean Culture, RPA and IT Automation initiatives within the Team
