**Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic HR Leader to elevate our manufacturing site's leadership team, refine HR functions, and craft HR policies tailored to our workforce. This role is central to guiding talent management, workforce engagement, employee relations, and managing compensation and benefits, all while ensuring adherence to Mexican employment legislation.
**Primary Duties**:
- Serve as a strategic partner and consultant to the Plant Director, managers, and supervisors, aiding in achieving business targets.
- Ensure consistent involvement and visibility on the plant floor and in leadership gatherings.
- Spearhead talent management for the site's salaried team, including talent identification, organizational structuring, talent recruitment, and cultivating a top-tier team.
- Collaborate with the US corporate HR teams for seamless HR process execution in areas like compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, and organizational development.
- Administer the site's performance management protocols.
- Manage the compensation framework as per company standards, overseeing salary adjustments, pay structure revisions, and salary budgeting.
- Supervise employee benefits, including cafeteria, transportation, and employee services, ensuring effective communication.
- Oversee staffing and recruitment for hourly and salaried roles, enhancing the overall process.
- Update and maintain employee policies and procedures, keeping abreast of HR trends and legal changes.
- Lead employee relations strategies and engagement initiatives, including the Great Place to Work program.
- Continuously empower and guide the leadership team in effective workforce communication.
- Represent the company in local HR and community relations activities.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Employee Relations, HR, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- **3-5 years of HR Management experience, ideally in an industrial manufacturing setting with a workforce of 1500+.**:
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google platforms and Tempus payroll system.
- In-depth knowledge of Mexican labor law, tax regulations, and social security.
- Confident leadership and decision-making skills, with a proven ability to drive strategy and change.
Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per month
