This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic, and results-oriented environment.Role OverviewAs the HR Manager, you will oversee and guide the Human Resources function for our site in Yucatán.
You will play a key role in shaping the HR strategy, aligning it with business goals, and ensuring compliance with global and local standards.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the HR Business Partner unit in alignment with defined objectives and KPIs.Design and implement HR initiatives to enhance organizational performance and employee engagement.Oversee standards, governance, and processes in the HR area of responsibility.Define and manage budgets for HR-related activities and projects.Drive improvements in team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management, and individual growth.Act as the functional leader for HR commercial partners at the site/country level.Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and local labor laws while maintaining alignment with global HR strategies.Key Skills and CompetenciesFunctional/Professional:Corporate behavior science expertise.In-depth knowledge of HR in industrial contexts.Change management experience.Policy, standards, and procedure development.Relationship management.Unit management and talent management.Experience in learning and development.Knowledge in procurement and acquisition processes.Organizational culture expertise.Methodological Skills:Strong understanding of norms and procedures.Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal).Project management capabilities.Analytical methods for problem-solving and decision-making.Process improvement techniques.Performance indicators and data interpretation expertise.Facilitation and team coaching skills.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Proven experience as an HR Manager in an industrial or automotive setting.Fluency in English and Spanish (mandatory).Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
