RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage, lead and develop HR team members. Conduct performance evaluations and other associated managerial duties.
- Provide day-to-day performance management, HR policy guidance and interpretation to leaders including but not limited to coaching, counseling, and career development.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues by conducting effective, thorough and objective investigations.
- Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures including the writing and revising of HR Policies, SOPs, Job Descriptions and other HR-related guidelines.
- Work with business leaders to assess, analyze and understand functional and leadership competency strengths and gaps of individuals and the organization, then work with leaders to address key gaps.
- Handle all employee relations issues in areas of responsibility including but not limited to reviewing/approving performance improvement plans, performance management, handling complaints and seeing them through to resolution.
- Provide advice and counsel to members of management and employees related to employment policies, employee relations issues, employment laws and regulations.
- Stay in sync with the pulse of the assigned business unit happenings by attending staff meetings and being visible in operations.
- Build partnerships with management by identifying human resource solution that support the current and future needs of the business.
- Work with management, peers and other HR colleagues to ensure consistency across the organization relating to policies and\or practices.
- Act as an impartial advocate to ensure that all individuals receive fair and equitable treatment
- Provides management coaching/counseling and career development advice for employees when needed.
- Handle workforce planning involving re-deployment opportunities and reductions in staff.
- Advise on compensation matters to ensure equity and fairness.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws.
- Develop, recommended and coordinate activities, functions or programs designed to increase employee retention and satisfaction.
- Support and work with Talent Acquisition team as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent
- MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS OF HUMAN RESOURCES EXPERIENCE.
- Fully bilingual Spanish/English
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment.
- Solid understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and tact.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HR software, Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Pay: Earn 40,000-47,500 /Month + Bonus + Benefits.
