Manage, to achieve excellent execution of HR Department and support to other departments including:A). Farming b). Harvesting c). Cooling d). Logistics e). Shop f). Trucking g). Administration and Accounting Office h). Food Safety2. Ability to manage, lead and inspire the team and all employees3. Hold all team leaders accountable to strict adherence4. Insure all department leaders are holding their team accountable.5. Strict adherence to all current processes and SOP's. Evaluate and add other SOP's and ensure compliance.6. Experience handling STPS, IMSS, Infonavit, Labor Law, Junta de Conciliacion and any other labor related issue.7. Plans and directs implementation and execution of HR policies and procedures.8. Participates in recruitment and selection.9. Evaluates crew attendance and turn over, bonos and salaries.10. Reviews and give recommendations promotions, performance evaluation, employee benefits, training and terminations.11. Insure employee development to excellence.12. Hires and trains subordinate supervisors and other staff and evaluates performance.13. Determines HR program goals and priorities.14.
