You will partner with cross-functional teams and leaders to broker HR services and actively engage in organizational development and talent management. **JOB DUTIES:
- As the leader responsible for the Labor Relations strategy at the site, your role is instrumental in fostering a harmonious and productive work environment. Here are ways to refine and amplify your responsibilities:
- **Appoint Representatives**:Select and appoint capable representatives from each department to assist in executing labor-related activities effectively. Ensure they are well-trained and aligned with company policies.
- **Development Plans Implementation**:Implement and maintain comprehensive development plans for all leaders at the site. Serve as a coach and mentor, providing guidance and support to enhance leadership capabilities and performance.
- **Benefit Coordination**:Coordinate various benefit activities for company personnel, ensuring they align with organizational goals and employee needs. Communicate benefits effectively to maximize employee satisfaction and engagement.
- **Absenteeism and Attrition Monitoring**:Utilize daily graphs to monitor absenteeism and attrition rates across different departments. Analyze trends to identify potential staffing requirements and address underlying issues proactively.
- **Policy and Procedure Oversight**:Organize and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure smooth daily operations. Regularly review and update policies in compliance with federal labor laws and industry standards.
- **Compliance with Labor Laws**:Ensure strict adherence to federal labor laws and regulations, striving for full compliance in all labor-related matters. Stay updated on legal requirements and implement necessary changes to maintain compliance.

**YOU MUST HAVE:
- Related degree and extensive experience in a similar position (minimum 3 years).
- Proficiency in the English language at an advanced level.
- Knowledge of IMSS, FONACOT, and INFONAVIT process. Knowledge of payroll and benefits processes.
