Human Resources Manager

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:- Full cycle recruitment- Works with management to execute development plans for high-potential employees- Bridging the relationship between management and employees by dealing with demands, grievances and other issues- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and retention- Report to management and offer decision support through HR metrics- Maintain employees' personal data as per local laws**Qualifications****_**Must have current travel documents and ability to travel to U.S. for training periods**_- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a Business related degree- Bi-lingual - strong Spanish and English [written and spoken (conversational) is required- 4+ years' experience in Human Resources- Experience with recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills- Attention to detail and good judgement- Ability to perform well with mínimal management oversight- Conflict management and resolution skills- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism- Strong business acumen- Coaching and mentoring skills- Superior time management abilities and capable of meeting deadlinesPay: From $50,093.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- 64920, Monterrey, N.
