To achieve compliance with internal, client, corporate and IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 requirements.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the recruitment and selection of the ideal personnel to fill the vacant positions, verifying and comparing the profile of the position against the competencies of the candidates, in order to integrate the best personnel into the company.Supervise activities to develop the skills, knowledge and competencies of personnel, through the appropriate selection of instructors and courses based on the detection of training needs, to improve the performance and productivity of personnel.Review that the table of skills of unionized personnel is prepared and kept updated, considering their knowledge, skills and experience to place them in the category that corresponds to them.Supervise, together with the company's leaders, the detection of staff training needs, comparing the competencies of the staff against the profiles of each position in order to develop the areas of opportunity detected.Keep track of the expiration of employees' individual employment contracts, reviewing their start and end dates for their timely renewal or termination of the employment relationship.Apply the service survey and analyze its results to develop an improvement program and address the areas detected for improvement in a timely manner.Participate in the preparation of the annual training program, monitor its compliance and registration with the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare in order to comply with the corresponding legal aspects.Attend to labor requirements before the STPS by submitting the documentation and attending the required hearings in order to avoid fines and labor disputes.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class
