.Reporting to the Mexico Plant Manager, the HR Manager will be responsible for supporting the HR needs of Exo-s San Juan del Rio plant.Sector: Human ResourcesShift: UnspecifiedType: Full timeAmount of hours: 48Job DescriptionThe HR Manager has the following main responsibilities: health and safety, ensuring recruitment at all levels, compensation (in accordance with corporate guidelines), organizational development (e.G. training), labor relations, and all resulting administrative activities.Wanted ProfileBachelor's degree in Administration or related field.A minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar position.Experience working with foreign companies.Mandatory experience in the manufacturing industry.Knowledge of IATF 16949:2016, ISO 14001 standards.Sense of urgency.Autonomy and proactivity.Experience in problem solving.Knowledge of Lean tools.Ability to communicate and motivate.Systematic, simplifies and optimizes processes.Good organization and priority management.Good knowledge of the Microsoft IT environment.Available for occasional travel (valid passport is required).Responsibilities- Deploy and support company culture by focusing on organizational values and empowering team members.- Recruit employees to the plant by applying innovative and sustainable solutions to attract and retain workers.- Increase health and safety awareness by providing appropriate training and ensuring that the company is compliant.- Coach supervisors and managers in the management and development of their employees.- Work in collaboration with the management team to inform and negotiate with the union.- Implement, monitor, and optimize the results of human resources performance indicators (health safety, attendance, turnover, etc.).- Establish processes and/or corrections necessary to comply with IATF 16949.- Active participation in required audits.- Work with VP HR for the deployment of policies, Exo-s processes, and annual compensation reviews.- Participate/organize various social activities to promote our organizational values.- Build and monitor the implementation of the operational plan of the human resources team in connection with the company's objectives.- Follow the budgetary expenditure of the HR team.- Manage HR team members (HRBP; SH&E Coordinator, Training Coordinator, Recruitment Coordinator, and auxiliaries).- Promote the use and application of Lean tools to increase HR service efficiency.- Support and/or lead all payroll and benefits management activities.- Ensure monthly communication with employees to share information on annual incentive programs, operational KPIs, Q&A, etc.- Improve processes and systems already in place.- Ensure compliance with Mexican labor laws.- Represent and promote Exo-s with institutions (universities/schools) and participate in other events related to Human Capital management and improvement with authorities and local community (Clusters, Canacintra, industrial association)
