In this role, you will be responsible for managing the overall Human Resources function, including recruitment, talent management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, learning and development and performance management. You will work closely with the GM and the leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company objectives and local labor lawsManage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboardingProvide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues and ensure compliance with local labor regulationsOversee the performance management process and implement training and development programs to support employee growth and developmentAdminister compensation and benefits programs and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirementsDevelop and maintain HR metrics and reports to track HR operations and performanceEnsure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.Requirements Qualifications and Requirements: Previous experience in the Ultra Luxury Hospitality IndustryMinimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources managementBachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fieldStrong knowledge of local labor laws and regulationsExperience in recruitment, talent management, employee relations, and performance managementExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsProficient in HR softwareFluent communication in English and SpanishCredentials to work in Mexico (permission available)
