Provides support to strategic projects and manages talent acquisition, services, and plant communication processes.PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIESActs as a strategic partner in the management of the implementation of communication programs.Ensures compliance with the strategic project recruitment plan through the dates established in Footprints.Updates and shares Footprints to strategic projects on a monthly basis.Provides support in covering the requirements of personnel working from Tecate but reporting to other business units.Provides the organizational development area with the descriptions of new positions for their registration in the system.Manages the services provided to employees, such as work letters, personnel transportation, cafeteria services, and lockers.Manages and follows up the processes of recruitment, selection, and registration of personnel according to the needs of the organization.Manages the process of personnel termination.Participates in actions to improve the performance of the Human Resources indicators, such as rotation, absenteeism, organizational climate surveys, etc.Participates as a liaison in human resources chambers and educational institutions, as well as in global HR programs.Manages the application of the organizational climate survey.Develops projects that contribute to the improvement of indicators and talent attraction.Responsible for the integration and custody of the files of all plant personnel.Follows up on labor and organizational climate situations that may arise in the different areas.This position is the SME for this function and may provide training for the responsibilities listed.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS1-3 years of experience in human resources management.Experience in human resources processes, such as recruitment and selection, onboarding, communication, and services.Functional experience in HR practices and legal compliance.Good communication skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
