Descripción y detalle de las actividades
- Evaluates reports, decisions, and results of department in relation to established business goals and objectives.
- Partners with employees and management to communicate procedures, laws, standards and government regulations.
- Responds to employee relation issues such as employee complaints, harassment allegations, and civil rights complaints.
- Manage annually compensation reviews; conducts salary surveys and develops merit pool; monitors performance evaluation program.
- Conducts recruitment effort for all exempt and nonexempt personnel employees, monitors career pathing program and exit interviewing.
- Establishes and maintains department records and reports. Participate in administrative staff meetings.
- Supports the Head Plant in designing the most suitable organizational structure to achieve business objectives.
- Oversees development, planning, and implementation of environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures.

Experiência y requisitos
- Advanced English.
- BS/MS Degree in Business Administration, HR or a related field *Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience including employee relations, recruiting and benefits administration in a multinational.
