Human Resources Manager

Descripción y detalle de las actividades- Evaluates reports, decisions, and results of department in relation to established business goals and objectives.- Partners with employees and management to communicate procedures, laws, standards and government regulations.- Responds to employee relation issues such as employee complaints, harassment allegations, and civil rights complaints.- Manage annually compensation reviews; conducts salary surveysand develops merit pool; monitors performance evaluation program.- Conducts recruitment effort for all exempt and nonexempt personnel employees, monitors career pathing program and exit interviewing.- Establishes and maintains department records and reports.
Participate in administrative staff meetings.- Supports the Head Plant in designing the most suitable organizational structure to achieve business objectives.- Oversees development, planning, and implementation of environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures.Experiência y requisitos- Advanced English.- BS/MS Degree in Business Administration, HR or a related field *Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.- Strong business sense and industry expertise- Minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience including employee relations, recruiting and benefits administration in a multinational.
