Every day, 36,000 employees worldwide are committed to this with passion, know-how and innovative strength.**YOUR TASKS**- Supervision and consultancy of the superiors and employees in matters relating to personnel management and social welfare to ensure the personnel targets.- Coordinating and negotiating matters relating to personnel, questions of payment, employment and release with the local works council and works council committees in order to fulfil the rights to co-determination and information.- Ensure the communication, monitoring and understanding of the organizational culture of the plant, as well as the standard processesfor the identification of action plans to achieve the desired objectives.- Trainings for managers on leadership issues.- Identification of key workouts that can be done internally.- Introducing concepts for personnel development and qualification programs to ensure medium-term personnel planning for employees and long-term personnel/successor planning for executives.- Drawing up, coordinating and implementing the personnel principles (within the framework of the strategies) to ensure the success of the company.- Developing employees on the basis of a culture of trust, controlling effectiveness, in order to develop and compensate potentials and promote individual competencies.**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration -or related-.- Up to 5 years of experience in Human Resources with knowledge in different HR areas.- Technical knowledge of actual Federal Labor Law and Labor Relations aspects- such as terminations.- Experience working with syndicates, with collective contracts, regulations and compensations -must-.- Advanced English and experience in SAP is a must.- Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing (desirable).- Excellent leadership, organization, structure, critical thinking, communication and negotiation skills.- Open thinking, empathic, proactive and dynamic person.Take the opportunity to reveal your potential within a global, family-run company that offers you the best possible conditions for progressing in your career.Miguel BeltranPhone:
