MAIN ACTIVITIES:
- Plan, organize, develop and coordinate the recruitment process of operational and administrative personnel.
- Monthly and weekly headcount review
- Review and management of KPI'S
- Review and supervision of payroll incidents.
- Verification and supervision of training and induction programs for both administrative and operational personnel.
- Verification of compliance with IMSS, SAR, INFONAVIT, Federal Labor Law and all matters related to labor relations.
- Mediation of the labor-management relationship by participating in the reviews and negotiations with the union.
- Verify that the actions aimed at improving the Organizational Climate are effective and comply with the objectives sought.
- Oversee that the transportation service is provided according to the needs of the company's personnel.
