Job Title: HR Manager for BrazilLocation: Sao Paulo, Brazil (Hybrid 3 days onsite and 2 days remote)Duration: 03 - 06 months contract to hireReporting Relationships: The role reports to the Vice President, HR Global Business Partner.Knowledge and Experience:The HR Manager must have a minimum of 5 years of related experience as an HR Manager with a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field; or 3 years of experience as an HR Manager with a master's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.The ideal candidate will be focused on supporting business goals and will be hands-on, pragmatic, and willing to be very involved in operations.Must have a strong human resources generalist background with the ability to provide expertise in a wide range of HR support, including change management expertise and solutions.Experience working in a matrixed environment is preferred.Skills/Abilities:The ideal candidate must be able to lead as the HR Manager within the countries supported.Must possess the personal qualities and professional experience necessary to quickly gain credibility with all levels of the organization.Must operate effectively in an environment characterized by dramatic change and disruption in the payments ecosystem globally.Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time with flexibility throughout the region supported, including occasional international travel.#J-18808-Ljbffr
