The focus of this job is making connections with people, motivating and inspiring them to achieve results.**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**Actively contribute to and execute the People & Leadership strategy and action plans in close collaboration with the leadership team- Drive a clear People and Leadership agenda that is at the forefront of the organization.- Drive a performance and continuous improvement culture- Attract, select and develop the best talent to build high-performing teams- Promote a learning culture with continuous development and growth- Actively promote collaboration with HR colleagues and the HR Regional Centre of Excellence to ensure the delivery of a great employee and manager experience- Drive change management approach when needed- Execute compensation and benefit strategy including driving pay adjustments and yearly performance calibrations- Safeguarding of labour/union relations and providing support in labour law issues- Lead Inclusion and Diversity across the businessCompetency, Skills, and Experience Requirements- Knowledge and skill in how to successfully influence and persuade others by understanding how their individual needs and motivations link to goals- People/relationships focus.
