**HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER - 3PL / ENGLISH ADVANCED**CPA Cuautitlán Park**IMMEDIATE HIRING****MAIN RESPONSABILITIES**:- Develop together with the Recruitment team the talent attraction plans and programs for the different levels of the organization, guaranteeing the provision of the necessary talent to meet the needs of the business, both at the executive and mass levels.- Manage the compensation and benefits information for the different positions of the organization, guaranteeing that the salary movements comply with the criteria of internal equity and external competitiveness in the processes of hiring, promotion, and listing of new businesses.- Responsible for the contact with the workers' union for the generation of agreements, labor contracts, and conflict management.- Promote and support the execution of corporate processes such as Performance evaluation and annual merit increase process.- Supervise the adequate administration of services for personnel such as Transportation, dining room, and medical department.- Generate Human Resources metric information for analysis and decision-making.- Direct and execute investigation processes regarding compliance and code of ethics.- Collaborate in the implementation of Talent Development plans and programs.- Actively participate in activities related to the promotion of corporate values (engagement team and recognition programs).
**Requirements**:- English advanced - able to lead meetings and show results with management.- Degree in Administration, Psychology, or Industrial Relations.- At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position- Desirable previous experience in global companies with a headcount of +2000 employees.- Experience in managing labor relations and managing unions.
Knowledge in executive, administrative and massive operational recruitment.- Domain of Federal Labor Law Intermediate-advanced command of the English language, capable of establishing conversations Intermediate-advanced- Advance MS Office- Strong leadership, communication, planning, organizing, negotiating, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to relate and communicate with different levels of the organization.- Availability to travel F2F- 100% (location at CPA Cuautitlán Park" Cuautitlan Izcalli)
