The Human Resources Manager supervises all aspects of HR for our Mexico City office and advises both management and employees on Human Resources issues.
In this position, you will participate in all facets of HR including recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, new-hire orientation, performance management, culture and engagement, and management development.
**Responsibilities**:
- HR Manager for the Mexico City office.
- Participate as a member of the Mexico City leadership team and member of a global HR team.
- Strong leadership, intellect, and passion for building culture, attracting and developing top talent, and building a high-performance organization.
- Helps design and facilitates professional development and leadership development efforts.
- Helps develop and drives programs and initiatives (employee engagement, performance management, workforce planning, etc.).
- Collaborates with management in aligning teams, and HR policies and procedures to meet business objectives.
- Manage all elements of HR operations for India, such as time and attendance, payroll, leave management, and benefits.
- Ensure that all labor and employment laws are adhered to.
- Manage decisions about hiring, discipline, and termination of employees, and help drive effective communication and change management.
- Manage employee relations to ensure consistency and equitable treatment of all employees.
- Handle all facilities and building management issues in the office.
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years of experience as Human Resources Manager.
- Knowledge of local Labor and Employment Laws and practices.
- Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment.
- Highly organized self-starter, proactive, effective time management skills, and excellent detail orientation.
- Analytical, good with data reporting and analytics, and effective in problem solving.
- Work with a great deal of integrity, good judgement, respect, and an ability to maintain the strictest confidentiality regarding employee matters.
- Experience with employee relations, benefits, and payroll preferred
- Must be able to collaborate, communicate, and work effectively with leaders, managers, and employees at all levels.
