Join us as we continue to grow and make a difference in the lives of our employees and the communities we serve.**Position Summary**The Human Resources Manager reports to the Vice President of Human Resources, Payroll, & Facilities and is responsible for performing various Human Resource tasks in the following functional areas: fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, managing employee relations, and supporting overall HR functions. This position will be based in Guadalajara, Mexico, with a collaborative working relationship with the Director of Call Center Operations.**Essential Functions****Talent Acquisition**- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and maintain a talent pipeline.**Employee Relations**- Implement policies and procedures to foster a positive, healthy, and inclusive workplace culture.- Review and update the company's internal Work Regulations and supervise compliance.- Handle employee relations matters, conduct investigations, and address conflicts.- Coordinate, review, and issue progressive discipline actions with managers and labor attorneys.- Coordinate employee recognition activities.**Performance Management**- Develop and implement performance management processes.- Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans.- Conduct regular performance reviews and contribute to employee development plans.**Payroll**- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees, including calculating wages, benefits, taxes, and other deductions.- Collaborate with payroll providers to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.- Prepare and maintain payroll records, reports, and documentation in compliance with company policies and federal, state, and local regulations.- Review, investigate, and respond to information requests from labor and fiscal authorities.**Compensation and Benefits**- Administer compensation and benefits programs in compliance with fiscal regulations, including grocery vouchers, life insurance, profit sharing, employee vacations, and other paid time off.- Stay updated on market trends to ensure competitive compensation packages.- Work with external vendors to manage employee benefits
