This position's primary responsibility will be to provide HR Leadership support for different areas. This highly collaborative position supports the leadership team both in the Guadalajara office, Uruapan facility, and Arvejas facility.This position will represent the company in all union-related activities including negotiations, grievance resolution and arbitrations and serves as a team-player in the business operations, a partner with other HR team members in other NA facilities, centers of excellence and shared services.**RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**:- Lead 2 HR Coordinators (1-Arvejas & 1-Uruapan)- Leads the payroll function.- Support of Professional Admin, hourly, union, and seasonal- Serve as primary support to the leadership team in Mexico.- Oversees 3 facilities (Uruapan, Arvejas, Guadalajara)- Serves as the most senior HR professional for Mexico.- Leads the HR team and establishes key HR processes, policies, and guidelines.- Serves on the Mexico leadership team.- Leads through all SMETA Audit Preparation- Oversees Hiring, Employee Relations, and Union Matters (HR issues, performance problems, terminations, promotions, replacements, etc.)- Leads and establishes processes with a goal to improve efficiency and service levels to our internal customers.- Coordinates leadership development and leads through conflict management.- Advises and leads through legal matters involving employees.- Displays a high level of collaboration and relationship building through strong business acumen/savvy, conflict navigation, and communication proficiency.- Establish and maintain strong relationships of trust to foster transparency, open and honest two-way communication, and collaboration.- Plans, creates and coaches to support organizational change management and communications.- Coordinates and leads employee training, both mandatory and developmental- Fosters a positive, and healthy relationship.- Manage employee lifecycle- Onboarding to Off-boarding.- Manage all employee related announcements.- Keeps informed of local market and competitive trends and leverages these insights to develop appropriate HR strategies and solutions for Talent Acquisition.**REQUIREMENTS**:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or related field, required, or equivalent experience.- At least five years of professional Human Resource administration required with experience.- Ensures adherence to applicable compliance requirements for Mexico Labor Law and regulatory agencies.- Bilingual (English/Spanish).- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
