What will you do?
- Ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreement clauses and internal labor regulations.
- Generate compensation proposals and movement charts for operational and administrative personnel.
- Follow up on union day to day topics.
- Ensure proper working conditions.
- Support on day to day business duties.
- Monthly report and analysis of strategic Human Resources KPI´s, as well as development of mitigation strategies.
- Participate with Special local and regional Human Resources projects.
- Attention to employees on Labor Relations issues.
- Monitoring of compensation equity of the WC and BC productive sites.
- Collective bargaining.
- General administrative tasks: Creation of PO's, invoice entry, supplier monitoring.
- Parrticipate on the development and improvement of Engagement.
- Monthly Head Count forecast and closing report.
What will you need to succeed?
- Fluent communication in English.
- + 3 years in similar positions.
- Advanced Knowledge on Federal Labor Law (LFT).
- Bachelor's degree in administration, psychology or similar.
- Advanced level on Excel.
- KPI knowledge.
