Job ResponsibilitiesSupport Latam Women's Network group and activities.Lead volunteer programs.Coordinate internal communication.Work on a wide variety of HR projects including employee engagement, volunteering activities, employee benefits, and others.Support the coordination of the new hire orientation both virtually and in person.Manage the HR systems and journeys.Coordinate engagement activities throughout all countries.HCM System: Register new hires, convert new hires, terminations, promotions, transfers, and leave of absences.NHO: Coordinate new hire orientations, prepare communications, etc.Manage benefit inclusions (Sciath/AON/Mercer) and payroll enrollment (Mazars).Assist EAP with virtual health activities: webinars and communications.
Responsible for the Wellness Program.Onboarding process: Pre-new hire orientation; schedule the agenda forthe first day.Conduct new hire orientations, ensuring all new hire forms are reviewed, information is collected, and questions are answered.Provide administrative support in the development and delivery of HR solutions, programs, and processes.Act as the point of contact for employee questions regarding a variety of HR processes, including employee onboarding, benefits, terminations, promotions, transfers, HR programs/policies, etc.Perform data entry of new hire information and internal employee changes for both domestic and international employees in the HR system.Conduct weekly audits of HR data for new hires, terminations, and updates.Assist with necessary HR event planning, health fairs, open enrollment, and other events.Provide administrative support to the HR team in the areas of filing, copying, creating employee files, benefits, new hire packets, etc.Update the HR intranet to ensure easy access to accurate information.Manage the Mentor Me Program sessions and support the employees.Collaborate with business operations on key HR programs such as engagement program activities and compliance.Perform data entry to register employee information in HR Systems.Create, enter, and manage employee data, write reports, perform employee data audits, and provide employee verifications.Assist with enrolling employees, managing changes, and answering employee inquiries.Contribute to local wellness program.Partner and collaborate with business operations on key HR programs.#J-18808-Ljbffr
