Location: This is a Full-Time, On-Site position based at our Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico office.

Our Core Values Strive to be legendaryOwn your decisions and outcomesAttitude and activity winRespect others alwaysWhat You'll Be Doing Provide guidance on HR policies, including complex issues such as accommodations, investigations, and terminations.Oversee employee disciplinary meetings and maintain proper documentation.Manage the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding new hires, collaborating with managers to identify job requirements.Conduct onboarding sessions and support employees during their first 90 days.Ensure compliance with local employment laws and recommend best practices.Analyze compensation trends and propose competitive pay structures.Partner with leadership to develop training programs that promote professional growth.Plan and execute HR events while providing IT support for onboarding tasks.Perform administrative duties to support departmental goals.Qualifications Required Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and EnglishHigh School degree or equivalentPrevious experience in HR operations, including recruitment, compliance, and employee relationsStrong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skillsMeticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational abilitiesAbility to prioritize tasks and maintain confidentialityProficient in Microsoft Office 365 and quick to learn new softwareCompletion of a behavioral assessment before the interview processAuthorization to work without sponsorshipPreferred Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldSHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certificationKnowledge of employment laws and HR best practicesExperience with data analysis and reportingWhy Join Astute?
