BorgWarner Fuel Systems and Aftermarket is currently looking for "dynamic, results driven" individual to join as a Human Resources Specialist

In this role, and under direct supervision of the HR Supervisor the Human Resources Specialist works on a professional level to ensure the acquisition of new talents for the organization.
Fill in time and form the positions generated, according to the required profile.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Guarantee that all positions have a job description.
- Submit requisitions of personnel employed in the Workday system.
- Keep track of requisitions of unionized and no union personnel.
- Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract the best talent, both unionized and administrative personnel.
- Lead to the staffing process
- Carry out the first selection filter.
- Coordinate technical interviews with the head of the vacancy and with whomever applies, depending on the position.
- Coordinator of admission medical examination.
- Coordinate socioeconomic study, as applicable.
- Integrate the personal file.
Ensure complete documentation
- Submit new hire process in workday system
- Generate request to IT department and ensure complete equipment for new salaried employees
- Provide support to the training area during the onboarding process, as required.
- Update the turnover metric and report the monthly results.
- Maintain and strengthen external links with recruitment and selection committees, universities, schools, government institutions, etc.
to share strategies and continually improve.
- Actively participation in human resources projects and initiatives
- Actively participate in the Annual Physical Inventory.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Bachelor´s degree in Administration, Industrial Relations, Management or Industrial Engineer
- Time of experience in a similar position: At least 2 years in a similar position in staffing process in automotive industry
- Technical knowledge required: Interview according to competences
- Other Knowledge: IATF Requirements, Microsoft Office, SAP and Workday desirable

SAFETY

This position will adhere to the current Occupational Health and Safety Administration and Management System of BorgWarner SLP designed and implemented under Mexican law and applicable national and international standards.
Safety rules, practices and training are included as stated in the BorgWarner SLP Internal Work Regulations, which includes the use of equipment, protection devices and/or clothing required by the company.
This position will be performed in such a way as to highlight the importance of preventing accidents and illnesses, assuming responsibility for those aspects of the Occupational Health and Safety Administration and Management System over which they have control.
All reasonable precautions must be taken in the given circumstances for the protection of your own safety and health and that of co-workers.
In addition, you will be responsible for reporting all injuries and/or possible dangerous situations, exposure risks, incidents or accidents that occur to your immediate supervisor, so that preventive and corrective actions can be taken.
