HR Shared Services SpecialistLocation: Puebla - Work from Office (Monday to Friday)Shift: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PMJob Responsibilities:Managing Spanish as well as English Language (voice and non-voice) support along with translations of documents.Facilitation of smooth service delivery of all HR processes and ensuring process compliance is achieved.Providing assistance to the clients/employees over calls, emails, tickets and chat and any other line of communication.
