.We are hiring a **Human Resources Specialis**t who will be providing global services and support to the Centers of Excellence of HR; Responsible for executing tasks based on established processes and procedures relating to the following:- Global Data: Data entry of New Hires, Terminations and Employee Changes on HR systems for manufacturing.- Execute processes for employees on the following categories: onboarding, payroll, Global Data, employee experience.- Participate in continuous improvement processes to improve owned processes and implement new processes.- You will be actively learning from your leaders, team and the rest of the Centers of Excellence teams (Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, etc) how to use technological tools (such as TRESS, SAP, Workforce), how to execute processes and implement knowledge on your day-to-day work.**Who you are****Required Skills or Competencies**- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, Psychology, Human Resources, or any Business degree.- Basic - intermediate Excel is required.- Fluent in English is a must for this role.- Basic knowledge of SAP is a plus**Preferred Skills or Competencies**- Customer Service Oriented- Attention to detail- Proactive in building positive relationships among team members and other functions with which the team interacts- Problem Solving- Analytical and critical thinking- Ability to multi-task and work with multiple clients simultaneously.- Strong organizational skills- Excellent Spanish/English verbal and written communication skills**Why people choose to work with us**:At Steelcase, we put people at the center of everything we do.
