Human Resources Supervisor

Overview:**Job Description**:- **Duties:- **- Extensive shop floor coverage.- Advising supervisors and managers on methods and approaches to resolve employee work problems.- Policy interpretation and implementation.- Conduct investigations.- Oversight of human resources administrative functions.- Benefits administrations.- Oversight of payroll functions.- Recruitment.- Facilitation of employee meetings.- Training and development of exempt and non-exempt staff.Job Requirements:**Requirements**:- Bachelor- s degree or equivalent experience in a human resources-related field, plus a minimum of two years human resources experience in one or more of the following areas, employment, benefits, employee relations, training and development, EEOC, OSHA or FMLA regulations.- Must be able to work overnight shifts.- Excellent oral, verbal and written communication skills.- Strong analytical and decision making skills.- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point and Windows.Pay Type : Salary
