According to the company's salary management system, adjust and record salary changes caused by job changes, performance evaluations, etc
Establish, improve, and optimize a performance evaluation system, develop a performance evaluation system, and develop specific evaluation plans based on company goals
According to the company's human resources plan, responsible for preparing annual training plans and recruitment demand plans
According to the annual training plan, organize employee training and improve the construction of the talent pool
Responsible for managing employee labor relations and handling employee onboarding, probationary, and resignation procedures in accordance with established procedures
Job requirements:Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
More than 3 years of human resources work experience in manufacturing bases, familiar with the development of foreign investment in Mexico's manufacturing industry
