The enterprise network product group consists primarily of optical:Based communication networks sold to businesses, governments and individuals for their own use.:Purpose of Position.:Supports Plant HR Manager to ensure that his/her plant has the right number and type of talent to execute plant strategy and achieve desired business results; Ensures plant establishes and maintains a positive work environment and operates as "One Corning" in support of Corning's values; Assists in achieving orbeating budgetary objectives in support of top quartile performance objectives while maintaining appropriate levels of HR service delivery; Assists in successfulimplementation of global HR business processes within the plant; Ensures plant compliance with HR:Related legal and regulatory guidelines:This position will be exposed to various parts of the business, as well as, all areas of Human Resources such as Union and Confidential Recruiting, Labor Relations Compensation, Benefits, T and A, T and D (talent development):Responsibilities and tasks of the position.:Assisting with the administration of employee compensation.:Participating in HR and business unit projects.:Assisting in the communication and implementation of HR initiatives, policies and programs.:Involvement in the recruitment process and act as the main liaison with Talent Sourcing.:Temporary Employees administration.Minimum Knowledge and Skill Requirements.A. Education.Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or related discipline.B.
