**Descripción y detalle de las actividades**- HUMAN RESOURCES SUPERVISOR will be in charge of HR department related to all activities like: legal compliance, training, recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and other applicable.Main activities- Perform of recruitment processes to all levels of the organization; - Headcount planning;- Administrate compensations and benefits package; - Execute and planning organizational and development program; - Responsible of Social Security (IMSS), INFONAVIT, Payroll, Internal Handbook, Labor Law compliance- Coordinate personnel services.
