Advanced Excel. - Prepare and follow up on HR department metrics (Turnover, Absenteeism, Retention & Others). - Coordinate and follow up the recruiting, selection and hiring processes for Direct level - Ensure the integrity of the records in database of HR & Training and develop to comply with the legal requirements and the corresponding certifications applicable to ISO's, and register the programs before the authority in Labor Department. - Participate in the implementation of organizational culture. - Coordinate Employee Services - Coordinate Corporate Cost Reduction Program - Support in the general administrative & labor activities in HR Department.Experiência y requisitosKnowledge and Experience - Administration, Industrial Relations, Industrial Physiology or related degree. - 5+ Years of experience in supervisory level in HR (maquiladora industry) - Bilingual (English/Spanish) - Proficient in MS Office (excel, word, power point, teams) & TRESS System - Knowledge of Labor Law Regulations - Effective communication, Proactive & Creative - Project Management ExperienceOrganizaciónCLEARPAC S.A.
