Assist with all internal and external HR related matters.Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.Investigate complaints brought forward by employees.Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and new reforms.Maintains records and documentation, in compliance with Federal, State and company retention guidelines, for Employee Personnel Files (including documentation relating to an employee's hiring, promotion, transfers, performance evaluation and terminations.)Provides the management team with advice on the appropriate resolution of employee relation issues.Responds to employee inquiries regarding the company's policies, procedures, and programs.Create, supervise, and modify employment work contracts.Create and supervise the correct implementation of the internal work regulations (RIT). AEnsure the correct following and resolution of ethical and compliance cases.Create, monitor, and evaluate the necessary requirements for legal compliance for different projects and / or government entities.Develop and implement training for managers, supervisors and leads to prevent labor issues with associates.Ensure compliance with ISO requirements within the HR department: Internal and external certification.Coordinate labor relations with labor lawyers, including labor demands, co-demand and following open cases.Ensure proper compliance with Nom-35, Nom-37, and others Normative of HR department.Implement and administrative collective contracts.Manage the implementation of unions in the company.Administration of outsourcing providers.Antidoping test compliance (Under low control).Manage external audits.
Experiência y requisitos
Bachelor's DegreeSecond language: Conversational English. Experience10 years previous experience in an HR Supervisor or Coordinator capacity.Industrial relations, Labor ministry audits. QualificationsIntermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word necessary to perform job functions.Intermediate - Advanced TRESS System is a plus.Continuous Improvement mindsetStrong Organizational Skills and attention to detailHigh level of interpersonal skillsLabor law knowledge for all state and federal actions
