As an HR Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the HR department by analyzing data, maintaining HR systems, and ensuring that HR operations run smoothly.
You will collaborate with HR business partners to provide insights that drive decision-making and improve employee engagement, performance, and development.
Requirements Key Responsibilities: Collecting and analyzing HR data to inform strategic decisions Maintaining and updating HR systems and records Assisting in payroll processing and ensuring accuracy Supporting talent acquisition processes including recruitment and onboarding activities Conducting employee surveys and analyzing results Preparing HR metrics and reports for management Assisting with employee engagement initiatives and program implementations Ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational policies Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related role Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and HR software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy Proactive attitude and a team player Fluency in English is required Benefits • Benefits higher than those required by law • Professional growth and development (Both in Mexico, US, Canada and Europe) • Indeterminate Contract • Hybrid scheme
