It is also responsible for the development and execution of testing programs to meet the engineering design criteria.ResponsibilitiesOversee equipment adjustments, training, and development of key plant personnel to ensure proper operation and knowledge are understood and maintained.Propose better operating alternatives.Evaluate results and lead strategies to meet defined objectives and expectations.Actively participate and contribute with process engineers and welding engineers in silver welding processes and in the lock ring process.Solve all problems and situations of subassembly and final assembly in the heat pump lines.Discuss the entire HVAC process and all parties involved in making the heat pump water heater.Evaluate machinery, equipment, software, and programs associated with the heat pump water heater.Troubleshoot all issues and problems in heat pump subassembly and final assembly lines.QualificationsMechanical or Electrical Engineering degree.Bilingual in Spanish/English - ability to communicate verbally and in writing.Fully capable in the use of computer-aided design tools such as AutoCAD.Knowledge of HVAC theory and its application.Advanced mathematics, physics, HVAC system analysis, and design (desirable).Knowledge of thermodynamics, refrigeration, and HVAC controls.Minimum of 3 years of related experience in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), including manufacturing, product design, and testing (DFM).Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Related FieldYears of Experience: Minimum of 3 years of related work experience or trainingWe OfferCompetitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits plans.#J-18808-Ljbffr
