We are seeking an experienced Revenue Manager to join our hotel's revenue management team.
As a key member, you will play a crucial role in maximizing room revenue through effective distribution and pricing strategies.The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, enabling them to analyze historical results and market trends to produce valuable reports that inform the hotel's business strategy.Main Responsibilities:Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize room sales and revenue growth.Analyze historical data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and make informed decisions.Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and maximize revenue potential.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Administration, Hospitality, Tourism, or Finance.At least 5 years of experience in sales or reservations.Advanced Conversational English.Proactivity, proficiency in hotel software and systems (preferably Opera), and financial knowledge.Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
