You enjoy working with a close fun team, are results-driven, and want a variety of opportunities to develop personally and professionally.The RoleWe are seeking a Project Deployment Project Manager who will lead the deployment of Property Management and Central Reservation technologies to the Hyatt Inclusive Collection portfolio of hotels.
This position will implement the deployment approach, build and support the deployment team, and execute the multi-year deployment plan.In this role, you will work with internal and external partners across the globe, including our Opera partners, corporate and regional teams, and local hotel teams, both managed and franchised, to successfully execute this project on time and within budget.Design, develop, and uphold a consistent deployment strategy.Manage the creation and maintenance of all associated training material.Lead the training of the deployment leads.Manage resources and their day-to-day workloads by proactively identifying and resolving issues that would present a risk.Implement training and development plans for each team member.Contract Details

- Remote positionQualificationsExperience Required:
- Diverse Hotel Management Experience in Operations (4+ years)
- In-depth Experience with Hyatt Systems, including Opera Cloud, Reserve CRS, and Colleague Advantage, and Sales & Revenue (4+ years)
- Managing projects with multiple waves
- Developing training for a global audience (2+ years)
- Experience in multiple hotels, locations, or brands
- Fluency in speaking, writing, and reading English and Spanish
- Ability to work across multiple time zones (Europe and Americas)
- While not a full-time traveling job, this role could require 20%-40% travel to champion the support of our hotel operations.Experience Preferred:
- Hotel experience in Latin America or Europe
