**Qualifications**- Intermediate knowledge and experience about i4.0 tools and IoT, and a desire to continually advance the learning in that area.- Basic knowledge about databases.- Intermediate knowledge of Bosch structure and Bosch Production System.- Open minded and able to work with all levels in the organization.- Able to lead change and resolve conflicts.- Bachelor's degree in IT Engineer, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related area- Intermediate Microsoft Office.- Skilled to work in front of groups: moderation and instruction.- Creative but able to adapt ideas to based/standard projects.
