Absolutely!What youâll learn & achieve:The Bilingual Regulatory Specialist (English/Spanish) identifies, collects, and interprets science-based reports, data and regulations in order to prepare documents for government agencies, curates lists and/or develops Environment, Health, Safety, and Transportation (EHS&T) information for the control and use of chemicals in the market place.- Provides advisory services to clients when requested which may involve local, regional, national or international knowledge of industrial or consumer sectors.- Utilizes relevant software and can contribute to troubleshooting and enhancement of these software products.- Interfaces with management to provide consultation on regulatory requirements.What makes you a great fit:- University Degree (Equivalent to Bachelor's degree) in Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Sciences, Toxicology, or a related discipline with relevant EHS&T experience a plus.- Native/Technical Spanish language fluency (oral and written) required.- Aligns with UL values of integrity, competitiveness and collaboration.- Demonstrated effective time management to handle and prioritize multiple projects or streams of work and ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned work.- Ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external customers, peers and manager.- Minimal business travel is required.What youâll experience working at UL:- **Mission**:For UL, corporate and social responsibility isn't new.
