Your Role and Responsibilities
Helps clients determine business issues and recommends organization change strategy specific to SAP solution implementation. Consultant uses in-depth consulting skills and business knowledge aligned to business objectives, processes, measurements and tools to ensure the adoption of new processes and procedures in support of an SAP solution.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
2+ years of experience in Change Management Strategy and Planning, proven experience in Leadership Program (Enivisio Studio), Archetypes or Personas Session (to define & implement risk mitigation plans), Journey Maps, Communication Plan, Organizational Impact Analysis, Stakeholder Map, Change Agent Network, Training Strategy, Training Plan, and Training Report.
At least two projects working as an OCM Consultant co-responsible for all Organization Change Deliverables.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
SAP S4HANA Implementations, SAP ECC Implementation, and preferred experience in Transformation Programs.
