If you'd like to help us change the way the world sees, this is your chance to Be Brilliant!The person in this position will support the Global Supply ChainTeam, providing high-quality services, and operational support for all Alcon Global Demand and Supply Planning process areas and serve as the initial reviewer of SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) system escalations submitted by Local Process Owners and Superusers.How You Will Make a Difference- Key responsibilities_- Review and perform initial investigation and problem solutioning of Planning System Incident tickets. Utilize templates and perform ad hoc research to troubleshoot IBP calculations, ECC integrations, and transactional data, identify root causes, and track and communicate issue resolution. First line of escalation for Regional and Local Planning Process Owners.- Coordinate issue management with cross-functional teams (IT / IBP Master Data / ECC GDM / APL) and as required submit, dependent tickets (i.E.
