This individual will be responsible for ensuring cross-functional collaboration, alignment, and communication across all relevant departments, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed, engaged, and in sync with the process.Your ImpactAs IBP Process Lead Manager your scope would consist of:Orchestrate IBP & S&OP Processes:Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing improvement of the IBP and S&OP processes across the organization.Develop a clear governance structure for the process, ensuring ownership at all levels.Regularly update and refine the IBP process to meet changing business needs and market conditions.Cross-Functional Leadership and Communication:Act as the main liaison between the supply chain, finance, sales, marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure alignment of business goals.Facilitate monthly S&OP and IBP meetings, ensuring that all stakeholders provide input and are aligned with the overall business plan.Capture and synthesize ideas, feedback, and opinions from various teams and ensure they are considered in decision-making processes.Keep all stakeholders informed and engaged with transparent communication and regular status updates.Data Management and Analysis:Work closely with data and analytics teams to ensure accurate demand and supply forecasting, inventory planning, and financial projections.Monitor KPIs, key business drivers, and performance metrics to ensure process success and identify areas for improvement.Lead the collection and analysis of data to support decision-making processes related to capacity planning, inventory optimization, and financial targets
