This segment is classified into two main product groupings – carrier network and enterprise network. The carrier network product group consists primarily of products and solutions for optical-based communications infrastructure for services such as video, data, and voice communications. The enterprise network product group consists primarily of optical-based communication networks sold to businesses, governments, and individuals for their own use.ResponsibilitiesBuild SAP technology solutions that transform Corning's Supply Chain functions and solve their Supply Chain issues.Design, set-up, and test prototype and production Supply Chain solutions in SAP IBP and ensure that all the pieces work together seamlessly.Work with the DevOps team, team leader, BEIT, and stakeholders to create supply chain offerings powered by SAP IBP.Develop strong relationships with Business using IBP and other Supply chain peers to gain the trust of key advisors.Be part of SAP IBP adoption business case at Corning and contribute through data and capability.Continue to learn and develop your technical SAP IBP and Domain expertise.Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 20% depending on business need and client requirements.Experiences/Education - RequiredMinimum of 5 years' experience in Solution Design, end-to-end architecting with SAP IBP, ECC, and S/4.Minimum of 5 years' experience leading solution design activities for IBP projects.Experience/background in designing and managing supply chain processes.Experience working in DevOps teams, projects, and managing upgrades, deployments as needed.Team player who is able to adapt and work with multi-cultural teams.Self-motivated team player who is up to date in the area of Digital Supply chain and trends.Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience).
