As the IC Strategist Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in defining and implementing the strategic direction for our Ice Cream business while ensuring alignment with overall brand positioning and messaging. Youwill be responsiblefordevelopingcategorystrategies, optimizingourproductportfolio, orchestratingseasonalityactivations, and collaboratingcloselywithbrand managers toupholdbrandconsistencyacrossregions and targetaudiences.
PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES: Develop and implementtheoverarchingcategorystrategyforthe OOH and IC businesssegment, leveragingmarketinsights and consumertrendsto drive growth and profitability. Optimizetheproductportfoliowithinthe OOH category, including SKU rationalization, innovation, and line extensions, tomeettheevolvingneedsofcustomers. Design and executeseasonal marketing and promotionalactivationstailoredtothe OOH and IC channels, collaboratingwithcross-functionalteamstoensurealignmentwithbrandobjectives. Conduct regional marketassessmentstoidentifyopportunitiesforportfolioexpansion and activationinitiatives, customizingstrategiestoreflect local preferences and marketdynamics. Collaboratecloselywithbrand managers toensureconsistency in brandpositioning, messaging, and targetaudiencesegmentationacross regional portfolio and activationstrategies. Translatebrandguidelines and strategiesintoactionableplans and executionsthatresonatewith regional audienceswhilemaintainingbrandidentity and values. Provide input and insightson regional segmentationnuances, helpingtotailor marketing efforts and activationplanstoeffectivelyreach and engagespecificconsumersegments. ?Identify and explore innovative modelsofcommunicationtoengageconsumersacrossthebrandfunnel, leveragingemergingtechnologies, platforms, and trends Integrate performance marketing tactics and strategiesinto experimental initiativestotrack and optimizecampaign performance, includingbutnotlimitedtopaid media, searchengine marketing, and social media advertising. Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reportsontheeffectivenessofstrategies and initiatives, drivingcontinuousimprovement and optimization. Experiencia Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in category management, or marketing strategy within the FMCG or Startup industry, with a focus on Out-of-Home channels and/or DSD operations.
Habilidades Stronganalyticalskillswiththeabilitytointerpret data, drawactionableinsights, and make data-drivendecisions. Proficiency in performance measurement and analysistools.
