- **Education and Training Requirement**:
- Successfully passed NCLEX Exam
- A registered nurse (RN) License in the US or Canada.
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing is required.
- Passed English proficiency exam if studied in another country (Optional)
- **Patient Care**: Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to patients, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals to deliver personalized care.
- **Assessment and Planning**: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' conditions, develop individualized care plans, and implement appropriate interventions based on patient needs.
- **ICU Unit**: Deliver intensive care to critically ill patients, including continuous monitoring, ventilator management, and administering complex medication regimens.
- **ER Unit**: Triage and manage the care of patients in emergency situations, providing rapid assessment, treatment, and stabilization of acute conditions.
- **Medical-Surgical Unit**: Care for patients recovering from surgery or dealing with various medical conditions, managing post-operative care, wound care, and pain management.
- **Long Term Care**: Provide comprehensive care to patients requiring long-term assistance, focusing on chronic condition management, rehabilitation, and enhancing quality of life.
- **OB Unit**: Assist in labor and delivery, postpartum care, and neonatal care, ensuring the safety and well-being of both mother and baby throughout the childbirth process.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting all care provided, changes in patient condition, and any interventions performed.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare team members to deliver cohesive and coordinated care to all patients.
- **Patient and Family Education**: Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, post-discharge care, and overall health maintenance to ensure understanding and adherence.
- **Compliance and Safety**: Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
Pay: $630.00 - $920.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 per week
